Schedule of Fees

Half Day and Full Day Mediations

A full day’s deposit is required to be paid, irrespective of whether the mediation is booked for a half day or a full day.

The deposit/s to be paid are:

• $2000 per party if each party is paying
• $4000 if one party is paying all the mediation fees

Refund of Deposits for Half Day Mediations

• Excess deposits paid for half day mediations which do not exceed five hours, will be refunded.
• Refunds will be made within 48 hours of the banking details being provided to Accord Mediation for the refunds

Additional Fees

• Additional fees are to be paid by EFT on the mediation day.

Forfeiture / Deduction of Deposits

• Deposits will be forfeited if the mediation is cancelled
• Deposits will be deducted from the final tax invoice

$2500 GST inclusive

• Up to 5 hours
• Includes reading time of 2 hours (Reading time beyond 2 hours will be charged at $500 per hour)
• Mediations over 5 hours will be charged at the full daily rate of $4000 plus the additional rate of $500 per hour if the mediation extends beyond 8 hours

$4000 GST inclusive

• Up to 8 hours
• Includes reading time of 2 hours (Reading time beyond 2 hours will be charged at $500 per hour)
• Mediations over 8 hours will be charged at an additional hourly rate of $500 GST inc
• Additional mediation time beyond 8 hours is to be paid by EFT on the day of the mediation before the mediation continues beyond 8 hours

Travelling arrangements by prior discussion

All venues – As charged by the venue

$400 GST inclusive
Payable in advance of issuing invitation.

Includes all invitations to attend family dispute resolution / property mediation, all attendances with parties and legal representatives, and the issue of the Section 60I Certificate
